Beyond Automation: The Rise of AI Agents in Service Businesses

At a recent event, I shared how AI-driven automation is transforming how we handle complex, large-scale marketing campaigns. One of the biggest challenges agencies face is balancing time, expertise, and resources to deliver value at scale. A great example of this is our work with Cloudflare—a global enterprise operating across four regions and multiple advertising channels, requiring constant campaign updates and performance optimization.

Traditionally, scaling such an operation would mean hiring more people, increasing costs, and adding inefficiencies. Instead, we turned to AI-powered automation. Using a mix of custom AI agents, data integrations, and orchestration tools like Dify, n8n and more, we streamlined ad copy generation, eliminated repetitive tasks, and significantly reduced turnaround time. What previously took weeks was now possible in hours—without compromising quality.
